Nestled along leafy St Kilda Road, Jishan Garden is an inner – city retreat. An experience that combines elements of East and West in a historic mansion and European garden setting.

We have meticulously crafted an Oriental afternoon tea experience along with a holistic approach showcasing ancient delicacies such as Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw, Abalone and Sea Cucumber.

Jishan Garden is a modern Chinese restaurant with a culinary focus on China’s lesser-known regions. Our unique two in-door dinning space are Estella House and The Drum House, one out-door Willow Tree Garden dinning space (only Spring and Summer).

Our menus are designed to be shared and enjoyed banquet style in our intimate and seductive surrounds.
Driven by our philosophy of service with a deep respect for the highest quality produce Jishan Garden offers modern Chinese food and Oriental Afternoon Tea hand-made traditional dessert and it’s rarely been seen before in Australia.

Our focus at Jishan Garden is on creating an exciting culinary experience by serving locally sourced produce, meats and fresh seafood. We handcraft our dishes onsite daily to ensure you are enjoying the highest quality dishes every time with our peaceful dinning environment.

Diners will enjoy regional classic dishes such as Song’s Blue Cod (宋式松鼠鱼), unique barbeque dishes, seafood, multi-regional noodle and urban soup, as well as mouth-watering desserts. Especially our Signature Bird’s nest soup.

Aromatic and fragrant, the culinary focus at Jishan Garden is regional China, looking at the different provinces of Sichuan, Shanghai, Guangdong With the dusty aromas of dried spice and the intensity of chillies (dried, fresh, salted, pickled, brined and fermented), our different type of urban Soups is deeply bring you to healthy and taste both justify. And the Shanghai Style dessert & cold dish is give you light taste enjoyable. Such as the blossom peach flower cake, black truffle Wagyu mooncake, Abalone Zongzi, etc… Our menu is designed to excite, with balance and harmony, Oriental and traditional at its core.
